
MomFit is created for the women who want to be strong enough to carry kids, groceries, and approximately 67 emotional loads at the same time. It’s for the women who believe fitness should be effective and fun—that striving to do a pull-up sounds worthwhile and laughing mid-workout totally counts as cardio.

Our group classes focus on full body strength, functional movement, and conditioning alongside other moms in a similar season of life.

Kids are welcome, chaos is expected, and no one bats an eye if your workout is interrupted by a snack request or a sudden need to use the bathroom right now.




MomFit Schedule & Pricing
Group Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 9am
​MomFit Membership Options:

2 classes per week | $72/month

3 classes per week | $96/month
Memberships include your selected classes each week and individualized goal planning with the coach!

Though we don't have childcare, kids are welcome to come play alongside the group while you workout.

Meet the Coach: Allysha
I'm a mom of 4 amazing, lively boys, doing life & business with my incredible (equally as lively) husband, and was born in the late 1900s.
​
As a self-proclaimed lifelong athlete, staying active is my favorite way to engage with my family while keeping my mental load in check.
​
This MomFit program has seen many variations since it began in 2018, but it is always centered on my love of helping other women build strength and move well through all seasons of motherhood.
