Our workouts incorporate bodyweight exercises you would see in our parkour and calisthenics classes
(pull-ups, push ups, squats, box steps, etc.)
alongside other strength and stability equipment.
We have plenty of modifications ready for each exercise, so ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME, including pregnant or newly postpartum mamas!

We have a weight room available for one-on-one sessions to work toward your specific goals!
Whether you are learning to use the barbell, building foundational stability and strength after having a baby, or you just need more accountability and direction, one-on-one sessions is a great addition to your routine.
